PURIFICATION
NPO Process performs a range of services for the design, assembly, installation and commissioning of treatment facilities for electroplating and etching industries.
Water treatment is aimed at bringing the quality of natural water in line with consumer requirements.
It includes removal of solid particles, organic compounds, bacteria, viruses and other pollutants from water coming from domestic, industrial and agricultural sources.
It includes various technologies and equipment that can be added to the basic configuration to improve the efficiency, reliability and environmental safety of processes.

PURIFICATION SYSTEMS
Currently, not only the quality of manufactured products, but also the ability to ensure safe and environmentally friendly operation of equipment and the purity of wastewater are important.
Electroplating shops, sections and lines designed and manufactured by NPO Process are fitted with wastewater purification systems that correspond to both the composition and quantity of influent wastewater, and local requirements for the quality of purified water.
Individual elements of the wastewater purification system facilities are often introduced into the electroplating equipment, thus the system for “electroplating production - purification facilities” becomes a single process system.
Minimization of water consumption in electroplating industry and the use of compact plate settling tanks leads to a reduction in the volume and dimensions of purification equipment, which allows it to be placed in small areas, including directly at the galvanizing lines.
